Real Madrid agree terms with Mady Sissoko

Real Madrid (Liga Endesa) have agreed on terms of contract with 25-year-old Mali 206cm center Mady Sissoko (college: California) for the upcoming season. Sissoko played most recently at Allianz Pallacanestro Trieste in the Italian Serie A. In 22 games, he averaged 10.4ppg and 7.4rpg (#3 in the league) last season. He also played 9 games in the Basketball Champions League, where he had 13.0ppg, 8.7rpg, and 1.4bpg. Sissoko had a good season and was voted League Player of the Week.
His team finished as the runner-up in the Big Ten regular season in 2023.
Sissoko graduated from the University of California in 2025 and it will be his second season in pro basketball. He played for Michigan State University for 4 years.
