Luxembourg crushed Gibraltar to take 2-1 record in Group B. Luxembourg registered a 41-25 halftime lead. They held Gibraltar to just 10 points in the second half to ease to the victory. Fabio Hentges (180-G-2005) notched 13 points, while Dorian Scheltien (180-G-2004) added 12 points for the winners. Sebastian Cassaglia (170-G-2004) answered with 12 points for Gibraltar.

Albania - Malta 90-36
Albania cruised past Malta for 2-1 record. Albania went on a 30-2 run in the third period to clear off for good. Aleksis Nika (204-PF-2004) notched 31 points and 20 rebounds for Albania. Kelti Qilimi (186-PG-2004) added 13 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists and 6 steals in the win. Matthew Sciberras (178-SF-2005) answered with 10 points for Malta.

Azerbaijan - Armenia 76-65
Azerbaijan held off Armenia for the third straight win in San Marino. Azerbaijan led by 4 points at halftime. They held Armenia to just 27 points in the second half and raced to the win. Roderick Anderson (185-G-2004) came up with 30 points and 12 rebounds in the victory. Karen Melikyan (192-F-2004) answered with 20 points and 11 boards for Armenia.

Monaco - Andorra 103-65
Monaco fired past Andorra to stay perfect. Monaco recorded a 55-32 halftime lead. They stayed in charge throughout the second half and rallied to the victory at the end. Lucas N'Gombo (195-PF-2004) produced 32 points, while Matis Moncada (188-G-2004) added 25 points for Monaco. Marc Martinez (180-PG-2004) and Leonardo Lopez (181-PF-2004) tossed in 16 points each for Andorra.
