Azerbaijan outscored Moldova to finish the group stage undefeated. Roderick Anderson (185-G-2004) was once again pivotal with 31 points and 9 steals for the winners. Azerbaijan led by just 2 points at halftime. They however went on a 24-10 run in the third term to clear off for good. Rashid Abbasov (196-F-2004) added 18 points for the winners. Lucian Lavric (186-SG-2005) answered with 27 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists for Moldova.
Andorra - Albania 47-48
Albania nipped Andorra to improve at 3-1 record in Group A. Andorra recorded a 27-20 halftime lead. They extended the advantage at 11-point mark at the final break. But Albania held their opponents to just 5 points in the fourth frame and snatched the win. Enzi Zotaj had 15 points for Albania. Marc Martinez (180-PG-2004) netted 15 points for Andorra.
Armenia - Luxembourg 59-78
Luxembourg earned the third win in Group B as they eased past Armenia. Luxembourg recorded a 42-36 halftime lead. Luxembourg limited their opponents to just 23 points in the second half and raced to the victory. Louis Koerfer (195-PF-2004) notched 16 points for Luxembourg. Karen Melikyan (192-F-2004) answered with 19 points for Armenia.
San Marino - Monaco 58-105
Monaco stormed past San Marino to improve at 4-0 record in Group A. Monaco posted a 61-21 halftime lead. They stayed in charge throughout the second half and rallied to the victory. Lucas N'Gombo (195-PF-2004) recorded 26 points and 15 rebounds for Monaco. Eithan Zerbib (187-PG-2005) added 21 points and 7 assists for Monaco. Alessandro Renzi (170-PG-2004) answered with 23 points for San Marino.
