Denis Badalau (202-F/G-2006) replied with 14 points and 14 rebounds for Romania.
United Kingdom - Austria 79-64
Great Britain held off Austria to improve at 3-0 record in Group A. Great Britain accounted for a 44-25 halftime advantage and never looked back en route to the win. Nedas Cholevinskas (196-F-2005) tossed in 14 points for Great Britain. Fynn Schott (203-F/C-2006, agency: Octagon Europe) answered with 15 points for Austria.
Bosnia - Hungary 64-95
Hungary breezed past Bosnia to improve at 2-2 record in Group B. Hungary registered a 49-39 halftime advantage. They poured in 46 points in the second half to ease to the victory. Dominik Karda (186-G-2005) tallied 29 points and 10 rebounds, while Daniel Antalics (203-F-2005) added 25 points for Hungary. Ajdin Becirovic (201-SF-2005) answered with 15 points and 9 rebounds for Bosnia.
Latvia - Bulgaria 74-64
Latvia recorded the third straight win in Matosinhos as they outgunned Bulgaria to stay perfect in Group D. Latvia piled up a 40-29 halftime lead. The margin grew at 14-point mark at the final break and raced to the win. Roberts Blums accounted for 13 points in the victory. Aleksandar Gavalyugov replied with 29 points for Bulgaria.
North Macedonia - Norway 100-80
North Macedonia defeated Norway to open win count in Portugal. North Macedonia unloaded 46 points in the first half to eke out a 3-point lead. North Macedonia added 54 points in the second half to march to the victory. Nikola Janichikj (2007) registered 24 points for the winners. Oscar Hellebust (206-C-2006) answered with 18 points for Norway.
Georgia - Montenegro 78-82
Montenegro stayed perfect in Matosinhos as they outlasted Georgia. Vladimir Sudar (194-G-2005) came up with 26 points to pace the winners. Montenegro grabbed a 40-34 halftime lead. They unloaded 42 points in the second half to race to the victory. Vasilije Todorovic (194-SG-2005) had 15 points for the Balkan team. Avtandil Bakhtadze (204-F/C-2007) banked in 15 points for Georgia.
Estonia - Ukraine 89-77
Estonia defeated Ukraine to gain 3-1 record in Group C. Ukraine led by three points after ten minutes. But Estonia used a 24-14 run in the second stanza to secure a 44-37 halftime advantage. The Baltic state poured in 26 points in the fourth period to secure the winning outcome. Erik Makke (186-G-2005) stepped up with 19 points for Estonia. Yehor Sushkin (187-PG-2006) answered with 22 points for Ukraine.
Slovakia - Albania 82-40
Slovakia claimed the third victory at the tournament as they cruised past Albania. Maros Simko (199-F-2005) came up with 24 points to lead the winners. Slovakia secured a 15-point halftime lead and never looked back en route to the win. Peter Kovacik (190-G-2005) had 15 points and 9 rebounds in the victory. Viktorio Hida (201-C-2006) netted 16 points and collected 11 rebounds for Albania.
Ireland - Kosovo 77-70
Ireland opened win count in Matosinhos. They held off Kosovo to gain 1-3 record in Group C. Aivaras Uosis (200-F-2005) delivered 22 points for the Irish. Leo Byrne (2005) added 13 points in the win. Jon Ismajli answered with 17 points for Kosovo.
Portugal - Switzerland 97-74
Portugal cruised past Switzerland in Group D action. The hosts built a 50-36 halftime advantage. They unloaded 47 points in the second half to ease to the win. Pedro Lopes notched 20 points, while Pedro Santos (199-G-2005) added 17 points and 8 rebounds for Portugal. Andrin Njock (195-F-2006) answered with 13 points for Switzerland.
