Hungarian B Green round 6 best performance: Dominik Herendic

Croatian Point guard Dominik Herendic (194-PG-1994) had an amazing evening in the last round for DH Basket Dunaharaszti, receiving a Hoops Agents B Green Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 32-year old player was the main contributor (19 points, nine rebounds and four assists) to his team's victory, helping them to beat Kozarmisleny (#8, 2-3) 95-80. Dunaharaszti is placed at 4th position in Hungarian B Green. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost two games earlier this season. Dunaharaszti will need more victories to improve their 3-2 record. It's Herendic's second year at Dunaharaszti and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Dominik Herendic averages this season 14.8ppg and 6.3rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was another Dunaharaszti's star - young Peter Pafferi (187-PG-2003). Pafferi had a very good evening with a double-double of 17 points and 12 assists. Of course together with Herendic he helped DH Basket Dunaharaszti with another comfortable win 95-80 over the lower-ranked Kozarmisleny (#8, 2-3) being unquestionably team leader. This victory allowed Dunaharaszti to move up to 4th position in the standings. His team's 3-2 record is not bad at all. Pafferi is one of the most experienced players at Dunaharaszti and similarly like Dominik Herendic has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 19.0ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 4.8rpg and 6.8apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was forward Peter Csapai (208-F-1993) of Budapesti Bikak (#9). Csapai scored 29 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. He was a key player of Bikak, leading his team to a 53-52 win against the lower-ranked TFSE (#13, 1-5). Csapai has individually a great season in Hungary. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.5ppg (2nd best).
