Woolridge's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

30-year old American guard Ryan Woolridge (191-G-1996) put on an amazing game in the last round for Kometa Kaposvari KK and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 7.
He had a double-double of 16 points and 14 rebounds, while his team beat OSE Lions (#7, 3-4) 96-91. Kaposvari maintains the 5th position in Hungarian league. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Kaposvari will need more victories to improve their 5-2 record. In the team's last game Woolridge had a remarkable 100.0% from 2-point range. He turned to be Kaposvari's top player in his first season with the team. Gonzaga University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Woolridge is in league's top in assists (2nd best: 6.5apg) and averages solid 3.2spg and 58.3% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Jarvis Moss (191-G) of Budapesti Honved SE. He is American guard in his first season at Honved. In the last game Moss recorded an impressive 30 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists. Of course Honved cruised to a 120-110 relatively comfortable win over the lower-ranked NKA Pecs (#13, 1-6). This victory allowed Honved to move up to 6th position in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 4-3 record is not bad and everything may still change. Moss is a newcomer at Honved and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 23.6ppg (#1).

Third place about best performers goes to another Kaposvari's star - forward Anthony Walker (206-F-2001). Walker got into 30-points club by scoring 35 points in the last round. He was another key player of Kometa Kaposvari KK, helping his team with a 96-91 win against slightly lower-ranked OSE Lions (#7, 3-4). Kaposvari needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 5 victories and 2 lost games. Walker has a great season in Hungary. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.6ppg (6th best).
