USA - Australia 88-76
USA conquered the fourth consecutive World Cup title. They beat Australia in the thrilling Final to earn the 11th U19 title in their history. Saniyah Saniyah Hall (185-G-2008) stepped up with 25 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the champions. Jasmine Davidson (188-G-2006) added 21 points for the USA. The North American side posted a 50-40 halftime lead. The Gems pulled within 7 points at the final intermission. But USA sank 24 points in the fourth period to race to the title. Bonnie Deas (175-G-2006) responded with 13 points for Australia.
3-4 Place
Spain - Canada 70-68
Spain clinched Bronze medals in Czechia. They held off Canada in thriller to step onto the pedestal. Somtochukwu Okafor (176-F/G-2008) posted 23 points and 11 rebounds to pace the winners. Canada snatched a 15-10 lead after ten minutes. But Spain responded with a 23-17 rally in the second frame to eke out a one-point halftime lead. Spain dropped 21 points in the third term to enter the fourth period up by two points. Spain protected the advantage throughout the final quarter and iced the victory at the end. Maria Rodriguez netted 14 points for the winners. Syla Swords (183-G-2006) replied with 20 points and 8 rebounds for Canada.

5-6 Place
France - Japan 76-64
France held off Japan to claim the fifth position. les Bleues recorded a 25-17 lead after ten minutes. They followed with a 36-31 rally in the second half to seal the win. Ines Pitarch-Granel (182-F/C-2006) came up with 16 points, while Nell Angloma added 15 points for France. Otoha Goto (178-SF-2007) chipped in 21 points for Japan.

7-8 Place
Portugal - Hungary 74-58
Portugal earned the seventh position as they held off Hungary. Clara Silva (201-C-2006) stepped up with 27 points and 11 rebounds to pace Portugal to the win. They accounted for a 47-33 halftime lead and cruised to the win in the second half. Magda Freire (173-G-2006) netted 19 points for Portugal. Noemi Arvai (185-F-2006) answered with 12 points for Hungary.

9-10 Place
Israel - South Korea 80-86
South Korea held off Israel in the battle for the 9th place. South Korea led by 4 points at the interval. They sank 29 points in the third period to boost the margin at 11-point mark. Israel limited their opponents to just 11 points in the fourth stanza but could not avoid the loss. Ye-Seul Choi (178-F-2006) came up with 24 points and 10 rebounds for South Korea. Gal Raviv responded with 28 points for Israel.
11-12 Place
China - Nigeria 96-71
China fired past Nigeria to ensure the 11th position in the championship. China dominated from start to finish. They established a 56-35 halftime lead and never looked back en route to the win. Kejia Ran (181-G-2006) posted 25 points and 13 rebounds for China. Idubamo Beggi (168-PG-2006) answered with 18 points for Nigeria.

13-14 Place
Czech Republic - Brazil 70-65
Czechia ended their home campaign on a high note. They toppled Brazil to earn the 13th position. The hosts recorded a 41-33 halftime lead. Brazil denied the deficit in the third period. But Czechia held their opponents to just 12 points in the fourth quarter and raced to the win. Marie Hamzova banked in 16 points for the home side. Ayla McDowell (188-C-2007) replied with 20 points for Brazil.

Saniyah Hall, 16-year old American guard was selected as the Most Valuable Player at the FIBA World Cup Under 19. She plays For the Montverde Academy in the NIBC. Hall received multiple other awards, was honored as the Best Guard and was named to the First Team. With finesse and precision, Hall claimed the third position in points per game, delivering a stellar almost 20 points per game average. She also averaged over 6 rebounds per game during the event. Betts collected multiple other honors, was voted to the First Team and Second Team. Her court vision propelled her to the second spot in rebounds per game an outstanding average of 10. Betts also registered almost 15 points per game at the event. She has totalled 2 games of 20 or more points and had double-doubles in 5 games during the event. Betts' 25 points against South Korea were the most she scored at the tournament. Despite her young age she had an impressive career. She was selected to the Latinbasket All-FIBA Americas Under 18 First Team in 2024.
Bonnie Deas, 19-year old Australian guard was selected to the First Team of FIBA World Cup Under 19. She plays For the Frankston Blues. Deas averaged over 12 points and almost 8 rebounds per game at the event. Her 17 points against Brazil were the most she scored at the tournament. Despite her young age she had an impressive career. She was selected to the Asia-Basket All-FIBA Under 18 Asian Championship Second Team in 2024.
Syla Swords, 19-year old Canadian guard was chosen to the First Team at the FIBA World Cup Under 19. She plays For the University of Michigan in the B10. Swords started playing in the Canadian Under 19 National Team 2 years ago. She also played for the Under 16 national team back in 2022. Swords was previously named to the Second Team back in 2023.
