Mersin made 26-of-30 free shots (86.7 percent) during the game, while BLMA only scored nine points from the stripe. Mersin forced 22 BLMA turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. The best player for the winners was Lithuanian center Egle Sventoraite (198-1991) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. American guard Kennedy Burke (185-1997, college: UCLA) chipped in 19 points and 5 rebounds. Four Mersin players scored in double figures. American forward Sam Breen (185, college: UMass, agency: LBM Management) produced 15 points and 6 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and center Christelle Diallo (193-1993) added 10 points respectively for the guests. BLMA's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.
