There was a minor upset when second-best French JDA Dijon (5-4) was rolled over on the road by fourth ranked Italian AV Cantu (4-5) 89-63 on Wednesday. Cantu secured their Last 32 appearance with the win. The game without a history. AV Cantu led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. AV Cantu outrebounded JDA Dijon 33-19 including a 28-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. JDA Dijon was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American point guard Darius Johnson-Odom (187-89, college: Marquette) who scored 31 points and 4 assists (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). Dominican-American guard James Feldeine (193-88, college: Quinnipiac) chipped in 7 points and 6 assists.
