EnBW Ludwigsburg used a home court advantage and rolled over the opponent from Berlin 79-60 on Wednesday night. The game without a history. EnBW Ludwigsburg led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. ALBA Berlin was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. American point guard Mustafa Shakur (192-84, college: Arizona, agency: Octagon Europe) stepped up and scored 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) for the winners and his fellow American import Roderick Trice (185-84, college: S.Carolina) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. At the losing side Serbian guard Dragan Milosavljevic (198-89) responded with 14 points and 5 rebounds and Bosnian center Elmedin Kikanovic (211-88, agency: Beo Basket) scored 13 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. EnBW Ludwigsburg will face G.Canaria 2014 in Las Palmas in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. ALBA Berlin will play at home against Trenkwalder RE and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
