Regular Season Round 5: Nantes - Wasserburg 85-74

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both first ranked French Nantes Reze and second-ranked German TSV 1880 Wasserburg had identical 3-1 record. This time Nantes Reze used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Wasserburg 85-74 on Wednesday night. It was a key game for the top position in Group E. Nantes Reze maintains first place in Group E with 4-1 record. Defending German champion TSV 1880 Wasserburg keeps the second position with two games lost. Nantes Reze will face PINKK-Pecsi (#4) on the road in the next round. TSV 1880 Wasserburg will play against Venezia and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
