Regular Season Round 3: Miskolc - Yakin Dogu BGD 53-71

Not a big story in a game when Hungarian Miskolc (0-3) was defeated at home by Turkish Yakin Dogu BGD (3-0) 71-53 on Thursday. The game without a history. Yakin Dogu BGD led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Miskolc's 28. It was a great evening for American-Montenegrin forward Angelica Robinson (197-87, college: Georgia, agency: Josep and Nicolas) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds. American swingman Essence Carson (183-86, college: Rutgers) helped adding 16 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Serbian power forward Tina Jovanovic (190-91, agency: Regeneracom Sports) with 12 points and 9 rebounds and British-Australia forward Louella Tomlinson (193-88, college: St.Mary's, CA, agency: Regeneracom Sports) scored 6 points and 8 rebounds. Yakin Dogu BGD will face Olympiacos in Ellinikou in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Miskolc will play at home against Good Angels and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
