No shocking result in a game when top-ranked Polish Sleza Wroclaw (6-0) outleveled on the road 4th ranked Turkish Istanbul Uni (1-5) 95-55 on Thursday. The game without a history. Sleza Wroclaw led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Istanbul Uni's 34. Sleza Wroclaw forced 22 Istanbul Uni turnovers and outrebounded them 47-22 including a 22-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Sleza Wroclaw looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Sleza Wroclaw's coach felt very confident using 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was center Ilayda Guner (186-99, agency: LBM Management) with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds and Hande Guven scored 17 points. Defending Polish champion maintains first position in Group E with 6-0 record. Loser Istanbul Uni keeps the fourth place with five games lost.
