Regular Season Round 4: Cedevita Olimpija - Nanterre 87-93

The game between closely ranked teams ended with fifth ranked French JSF Nanterre's (2-2) road victory over bottom-ranked Slovenian Cedevita Olimpija (0-4) in Ljubljana 93-87 on Wednesday. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Cedevita Olimpija won third quarter 23-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. JSF Nanterre made 26-of-29 free shots (89.7 percent) during the game. Cedevita Olimpija was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for American-Albanian guard Dallas Moore (185-94, college: N.Florida) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws). French Isaia Cordinier (196-96) contributed with 20 points and 4 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) for the winners. Serbian forward Marko Simonovic (203-86, agency: BeoBasket) replied with 21 points and American guard Codi Miller-McIntyre (193-94, college: Wake Forest) added 19 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Cedevita Olimpija. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. JSF Nanterre moved-up to third place in Group C, which they share with Joventut and Brescia. Loser Cedevita Olimpija still closes the standings with four games lost. JSF Nanterre will face Brescia (#5) at home in the next round. Cedevita Olimpija will play against Joventut in Badalona and hopes to get finally their first victory.
