Regular Season Round 11: Monaco - Andorra 66-64

Fourth-ranked Spanish Andorra (2-7) made lots of trouble for third ranked French Monaco (6-4) on Tuesday. Monaco managed to secure only two-point victory 66-64. However their fans expected easier game. Andorra was trailing by 5 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 26-21 charge of Monaco, which allowed them to win the game. It was a great evening for American guard Marcos Knight (188-89, college: MTSU, agency: BeoBasket) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points. Center Wilfried Yeguete (201-91, college: Florida, agency: BeoBasket) helped adding 7 points and 9 rebounds. Mali-French center Bandja Sy (204-90, college: NM State, agency: BeoBasket) responded with 16 points and 7 rebounds and center Nacho Llovet (202-91) scored 4 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Defending French champion moved-up to second place, which they share with 4 other teams. Andorra lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with seven games lost.
