Regular Season Round 14: Andorra - Joventut 72-71

Leading Joventut (11-3) recorded its third loss on the court of fifth ranked Andorra. Visitors were edged by Andorra 72-71. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Joventut. Andorra forced 19 Joventut turnovers. Guard Oriol Pauli (201-1994) notched 13 points and 8 rebounds to lead the effort and American point guard Codi Miller-McIntyre (191-1994, college: Wake Forest) supported him with 11 points and 5 assists. Four Andorra players scored in double figures. Even 15 points and 9 rebounds by forward Joel Parra (202-2000) did not help to save the game for Joventut. Croatian center Ante Tomic (217-1987, agency: Octagon Europe) added 12 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Andorra (8-6) moved-up to third place, which they share with Buducnost and Virtus BO. Joventut at the other side still keeps top position with three games lost. Andorra will play against Turk Telekom (#7) in Ankara in the next round. Joventut will play at home against Lietkabelis (#6) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
