No shocking result in a game when eighth ranked Turkish Turk Telekom (7-8) beat on the road 10th ranked Italian Trento (1-14) 82-75 on Tuesday. The winners were led by American-Kazakhstan point guard Anthony Clemmons (187-1994, college: Iowa, agency: BeoBasket) who scored that evening 13 points and 7 rebounds and American swingman Aubrey Dawkins (198-1995, college: UCF, agency: Network Sports International) supported him with 17 points. Turk Telekom's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists by American forward Jordan Caroline (201-1996, college: Nevada) did not help to save the game for Trento. His fellow American import swingman Cameron Reynolds (201-1995, college: Tulane) added 13 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Five Trento players scored in double figures. Turk Telekom moved-up to seventh place. Trento lost tenth consecutive game. They keep the tenth position with 14 games lost. Turk Telekom will meet higher ranked Lietkabelis (#6) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Trento will play against Hamburg Towers (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
