But Bursa was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Ankara 67-49 on Thursday night. The game was dominated by American players. Guard Jessica Thomas (168-1994, college: Miami, FL) stepped up and scored 10 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners and center Queen Egbo (190-2000, college: Baylor) chipped in 12 points and 9 rebounds. Four Nesibe players scored in double figures. At the losing side forward Emma Cannon (190-1989, college: FSC) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and Samoan-guard Jazmine Davis (170-1993, college: Washington) scored 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Bursa's coach tested ten players seeing no chance for a win. Nesibe will meet at home Sf.Gheorghe in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bursa will play against E.Holon in Holon and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
