There was no surprise when Belgian Namur (0-3) was defeated on the road by Swiss Fribourg (2-1) 65-52 on Thursday. Fribourg forced 19 Namur turnovers. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was power forward Courtney Range (191-1995, college: California, agency: LBM Management) who scored 24 points and 9 rebounds. Guard Jordan Reynolds (180-1995, college: Tennessee) chipped in 18 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Aaliyah Wilson (180-1998, college: Texas A&M) who recorded 18 points and 8 rebounds and center Mikayla Vaughn (192-1998, college: Notre Dame, agency: LBM Management) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Namur's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Fribourg will meet Benfica in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Namur will play against T71 in Dudelange and hopes to get finally their first victory.
