Regular Season Round 10: Paris - Turk Telekom 96-77

An interesting game for French Paris (7-3) which hosted in Paris their biggest opponent Turkish Turk Telekom (7-3). Third ranked Paris had an easy win 96-77. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Turk Telekom. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Paris made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American guard Tyrone Wallace (196-1994, college: California, agency: Pensack Sports) notched 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and the other American import point guard Kyle Allman (190-1997, college: CS Fullerton) supported him with 17 points and 4 assists. Even 16 points by point guard Tony Taylor (184-1990, college: GWU) did not help to save the game for Turk Telekom. American power forward Tyrique Jones (206-1997, college: Xavier, agency: Pensack Sports) added 17 points for lost side. Five Paris and four Turk Telekom players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Paris keep a position of league leader, which they share with Turk Telekom and Bourg. Paris will meet Hapoel Tel-Aviv (#5) in the next round. Turk Telekom will play against Hamburg Towers (#8) and hope to secure a win.
