Flynn's 19 points and 7 rebounds give him Player of the Week award

27-year old American guard Malachi Flynn (185-G-1998) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 16.
He had the game-high 19 points adding seven rebounds and six assists for Bahcesehir in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Aris (#7, 7-9) 81-79. Bahcesehir maintains the 2nd position in EuroCup . They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Bahcesehir will need more victories to improve their 11-5 record. Flynn turned to be Bahcesehir's top player in his first season with the team. San Diego State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Flynn is in league's top in points (7th best: 17.8ppg) and averages solid 57.6% FGP and 41.7% from behind 3-point line.

Second best performed player last round was Mitch Creek (196-F/G-1992) of U-Banca Transilvania Cluj Napoca. He is Australian swingman in his first season at Cluj Napoca. In the last game Creek recorded an impressive 27 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Bad luck as Cluj Napoca was edged by the higher-ranked Manresa (#3, 10-6) 101-99. Cluj Napoca managed to keep the same 6th spot in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 8-8 record is not bad and everything may still change. Creek is a newcomer at Cluj Napoca and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 16.2ppg (#2). He also registered 4.4 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Retin Obasohan (191-G-1993) of BAXI Manresa (#3). Obasohan scored 29 points and passed 4 assists. He was a key player of BAXI Manresa, leading his team to a 101-99 win against the lower-ranked Cluj Napoca (#6, 8-8). Manresa needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 10 victories and 6 lost games. Obasohan has a very solid season. In 5 games in EuroCup he scored 6.2ppg.
