Montenegro - France 68-75
France celebrated title in Podgorica. They upset hosting Montenegro in the championship game today. Killian Hayes (194-G-01) stepped up with 21 points and 8 rebounds to lead les Bleues. France recorded a 28:14 lead after ten minutes. Montenegro worked hard to narrow the deficit at 4-point mark at the final intermission. But France replied with a 19:16 run in the fourth period to capture the trophy. Theo Maledon (192-G-00) had 20 points, 8 rebounds, 6 steals and 4 assists in the victory. Bojan Tomasevic (201-PF-01) and Jovan Kljajic (198-F/G-01) replied with 20 points each for Montenegro.
3-4 Place
Serbia - Croatia 75-71
Serbia stepped onto the pedestal in Podgorica. They held off Croatia to earn the Bronze medals. Djordje Pazin (200-SF-01) scored 22 points to lead the winning side. Serbia accumulated a 41:33 halftime lead. Croatia pulled ahead in the third term. They entered the fourth frame up by 3 points. But Serbia bounced back with a 21:14 rally in the final term to snatch the win. Aleksandar Langovic (204-F/C-01) had 16 points in the victory. Roko Gizdavic (186-PG-01) accounted for 16 points for Croatia.

5-6 Place
Lithuania - Turkey 62-80
Turkey stormed past Lithuania for the fifth position in Podgorica. Tarik Sezgun (208-PF-01) tallied 18 points to lead the charge. Turkey grabbed a 44:36 halftime lead. They followed with a 20:7 run in the third term to clear off for good. Ismail Karabilen (205-PF-01) had 13 points in the victory. Marek Blazevic (206-C-01) came up with 19 points and 7 rebounds for Lithuania.

7-8 Place
Spain - Latvia 95-77
Spain earned the seventh position in Montenegro. They knocked down Latvia today. Jaime Pradilla (207-C-01) notched 24 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side. Spain accumulated a 45:30 halftime lead. They dropped 50 points in the second half to march to the win. Aleix Haro (187-SG-01) had 21 points for the winners. Italy overcame Slovenia for the ninth overall position in the ladder. Nicolo Mannion (187-PG-01) stepped up with 18 points, 8 assists and 6 rebounds for the Azzurri. Estonia - Israel 78-85
Israel beat Estonia to finish 11th at the tournament. Raziel Hayun (194-SG-01) tallied 35 points to lead the winners. Estonia unloaded 33 points in the second frame to take a 3-point halftime lead. They extended the margin at 6-point mark at the final intermission. Israel however responded with a 24:11 run in the fourth frame to secure the victory. Montenegro - Serbia 73-66
Montenegro will play in the title game in Podgorica on Sunday. They edged out Serbia in the semifinal battle tonight. Stefan Vlahovic (193-F/G-01) posted 21 points and 6 boards in the win. Serbia eked out a 21:20 lead after ten minutes. But Montenegro slowed their opponents down in the second frame. They pulled ahead for a 38:31 halftime lead. Montenegro followed with a 22:15 run in the third term to take a 14-point lead. Serbia notched 20 points in the fourth frame but could not avoid the loss. Israel registered the second straight win in Podgorica. They toppled Serbia behind 18 points from Raziel Hayun (194-SG-01). Deni Avdija (198-SF-01) had 17 points, 15 rebounds and 8 assists in the victory. Djordje Pazin (200-SF-01) chipped in 27 points for Serbia.

Croatia - Lithuania 42-63
Lithuania posted the first win in Group A. They fired past Croatia for 1-1 record. Modestas Kancleris (199-F-01) scored 16 points and grabbed 9 rebounds to lead the effort. Lithuania recorded a 37:24 halftime lead. They held Croatia to just 18 points in the second half and raced to the victory. Tomas Zubrys (182-PG-01) netted 13 points in the win. Germany - Slovenia 56-68

Greece piled up a 39:35 halftime advantage. They held Netherlands to just 3 points in the third term to boost the margin at 15-point mark heading into the fourth frame. Netherlands sank 22 points in the final period but Greece rallied to the win at the end. Aristotelis Sotiriou (203-PF-01) had 15 points in the victory. Rienk Mast (203-PF-01) delivered 16 points for the Dutch side.

Portugal - Kosovo 65-64
Portugal eked out a narrow win over Kosovo at the start of their championship campaign. Andre Cruz (192-SG-02) stepped up with 12 points for the winners. Portugal accumulated a 33:22 halftime lead. Kosovo went on a determined second half comeback rally but came up just short of win. Hugo Ferreira (178-SG-01) chipped in 11 points for Portugal. Armenia toppled Gibraltar for the Division C trophy. Georgii Shakhnazarov (186-SG-01) stepped up with 27 points to lead the champions. Armenia got to a very strong start. They established a 50:32 halftime lead. Armenia stretched the gap at 24-point mark at the final intermission. Gibraltar narrowed the distance in the fourth term but could not rescue the game as Armenia marched to the glory. Aleksey Chizhenok (196-C-01) delivered 20 points and 18 rebounds for the winning side. Alejandro Garcia (186-G-01) banked in 28 points and 12 rebounds for Gibraltar. Jamie Mesilio (169-F-01) netted 15 points in the defeat.
3-4 Place
Azerbaijan - Andorra 75-55
Azerbaijan stepped onto the pedestal in Andorra. They crushed the hosts in the consolation final to clinch the Bronze medals. Papuna Kirtadze (180-PG-01) delivered 31 points for the winning side. Azerbaijan opened a 23:9 lead after the opening frame. They stretched the margin at 17-point mark at the interval 39:22. Alejandro Garcia (186-G-01) had 24 points and 21 rebounds in the win. Rafael Aradas (188-G-01) had 16 points in the victory. Aleix Solanes (02) banked in 14 points for Andorra.
