They held Italy to just 13 points in the second frame to open a 9-point halftime advantage. Italy pulled within 6 points at the final intermission but it was not enough. Spain responded with a 24-point effort in the fourth stanza to triumph at the end. Guillermo Del Pino (193-PG-2007) notched 22 points, while Maximo Garcia-Plata (189-SG-2007) added 16 points for the champions. Diego Garavaglia (195-G-2007) answered with 19 points for Italy. Adrian Mathis had 13 points in the loss. 3-4 PlaceFrance - Lithuania 88-62France clinched Bronze medals as they stormed past Lithuania in the consolation final. France piled up a comfortable 47-25 halftime advantage and cruised to the win after the big break. Jonas Boulefaa (203-SF-2007) provided 19 points, while Akram Naji (193-PG-2007) added 16 points for the winners. Arturas Butajevas (200-C-2007) answered with 23 points and 14 boards for Lithuania. 5-6 PlaceGermany - Slovenia 65-52Germany held off Slovenia to claim the fifth place at the tournament. Slovenia eked out a 25-24 halftime lead. But Germany responded with a 41-27 second half rally to seal the win. Declan Duru (202-F-2007) banked in 22 points and 15 rebounds for Germany. Mark Mahmutovic (196-SG-2007) scored 17 points for Slovenia. 7-8 PlaceGreece - Serbia 60-71Serbia finished the championship on a high note. They beat Greece to earn the 7th position. Greece led by four points at the first break. But Serbia answered with a 40-28 second half run to snatch the win. Daris Sijaric (202-F-2007) stepped up with 23 points and 13 rebounds for Serbia. overcame Turkey to capture the ninth position in Skopje. Turkey led by
three points ten minutes into the game. But Poland bounced back with a
41-26 run in the next two quarters to gain a decisive advantage. Mert
Kocagozoglu delivered 15 points, while Derin Ustun (192-G-2007) added 14 points for
Turkey. Bartosz Lazarski (191-G-2007) answered with 16 points for Poland. 11-12 PlaceFinland - Latvia 63-73Latvia clinched the 11th position in Skopje as they outgunned Finland. Latvia trailed by 6 points at halftime 24-30. But they went on to score 49 points in the second half to snatch the win. Adrians Andzevs (188-G-2007) nailed 18 points, while Markuss Sipko (190-G-2007) added 15 points for the winners. Miikka Muurinen answered with 21 points for Finland. 13-14 PlaceMontenegro - Israel 63-81Israel shot down Montenegro to remain in Division A. Israel secured a 44-35 halftime lead. They followed with a 27-11 run in the third stanza to clear off for good. Or Frenkel (190-G-2007) netted 20 points, while Yonatan Keller (186-G-2007) added 19 points for Israel. Djordje Djukanovic (193-F-2008) replied with 16 points for Montenegro. 15-16 PlaceBelgium - North Macedonia 90-72Belgium claimed the 15th place in Skopje as they rallied past the hosts in the final day of the action. Belgium opened a 41-35 halftime lead. They sank 49 points in the second half and raced to the win. Jayden Hodge (193-SG-2007) delivered 30 points and 18 rebounds for Belgium.
