Partizan won its sixth title in Serbia - third consecutive! The Belgrade team outplayed Hemofarm tonight 78-72 winning the series with perfect 3-0. Partizan had 67-54 lead with 7 minutes to go, but Hemofarm made impressive 0-14 run after that. However, Partizan responded with 8-3 for 76-70 with one minute remaining and Hemofarm had no chance. Former Hemofarm player Hajdana Radunovic (192-C-78) led the hosts almost with triple-double: 17 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists (valuation 24). Alicia Gladden (178-F-85, college: Florida St.) had 16 points and 6 rebounds, while Milica Dabovic (175-PG-82) helped with 14 points, 9 boards and 5 assists. In the loosing squad, Natasa Krnjetin (180-G-88) collected 21 points and 5 assists. Biljana Stankovic (176-G-74) (5 as) and Marina Mandic (181-G-83) (8 rebs) had 16 and 13 points respectively. Quarters: 21-15, 21-18, 17-19, 19-20. As mentioned above, this is the third straight title for Partizan and their rival was Hemofarm in all three finals.
