There was no surprise when 8th ranked GermanChemnitz (2-5) lost at home to fourth ranked Montenegrin Buducnost (5-2) 84-71 on Wednesday. Buducnost outrebounded Chemnitz 36-25 including 25 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for French Axel Bouteille (201-1995) who led the winners and scored 26 points and 9 rebounds. American forward Juwan Morgan (203-1997, college: Indiana) accounted for 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Ivorian-German forward Kevin Yebo (207-1996) came up with 20 points and 7 rebounds and Bulgarian forward Yordan Minchev (202-1998) added 11 points respectively for Chemnitz in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Buducnost have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending Montenegrin champion moved-up to second place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Chemnitz keeps the eighth position with five games lost.
