One of the most interesting games of round 17 was a derby match between two teams from Turkey. The game took place in Istanbul where second rankedBesiktas won against visiting Turk Telekom (11-6) 91-81 . It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Turk Telekom. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Besiktas maintains second place with 12-5 record behind leader Bourg which they share with defeated Turk Telekom . Loser Turk Telekom dropped to the second position with six games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
