They beat Cedevita in Zagreb to win the championship series 3-1. Crvena Zvezda got to the fast start. The Serbian team erupted for 30 points in the opening quarter to secure a 5-point lead. Crvena Zvezda extended the margin in the second frame. The visitors piled up a comfortable 52:35 halftime advantage. Cedevita tried to change the complexion of the game in the third term. They held Crvena Zvezda to 17 points and narrowed the gap at 11-point mark at the final break. However Crvena Zvezda quickly regained a 16-point cushion in the fourth period and cruised to the victory and the title at the end. Charles Jenkins (191-SG-89, college: Hofstra) posted 17 points for the winners. Luka Mitrovic (205-PF-93) added 14 points, while Nikola Kalinic (202-F-91) and Boban Marjanovic (222-C-88, agency: Beo Basket) had 12 points each in the win. Tomislav Zubcic (208-C/F-90, agency: Beo Basket) responded with 15 points for Cedevita. Miro Bilan (213-C-89) had 12 points in the defeat.
