Everything could happen in Podgorica at the game between two tied teams. Both fourth ranked Montenegrin Buducnost and 5th ranked Slovenian Union Olimpija had identical 8-4 record. This time Buducnost used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Ljubljana 63-56 on Sunday night. Union Olimpija trailed by 16 points at halftime and as many as 18 after three quarters before a 21-10 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 56-63 at the end of the game. Buducnost dominated on the defensive end, holding Union Olimpija to just 7 points in second quarter. Union Olimpija was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for center Bojan Dubljevic (205-91, agency: Beo Basket) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 8 rebounds. Serbian forward Cedomir Vitkovac (201-82, agency: Beo Basket) contributed with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Buducnost's coach Dejan Radonjic used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. Bosnian-Israeli center Robert Rothbart (217-86) answered with 21 points and 7 rebounds and Latvian center Davis Bertans (205-92) added 5 points and 4 assists in the effort for Union Olimpija. Buducnost have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending Montenegrin champion (9-4) moved-up to third place, which they share with Partizan. Loser Union Olimpija keeps the fifth position with five games lost. Buducnost will face league's second-placed Cedevita in Zagreb in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Union Olimpija will play on the road against Zlatorog in Lasko.
