The game between Top Four teams took place in Beograd. 4th ranked Serbian host Partizan (11-6) lost to first ranked Israeli Maccabi T-A (16-1) 84-78. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. The best player for the winners was swingman Tal Burstein (198-80, agency: Z.A.G. - Law Offices) who scored 18 points. Greek center Sofoklis Schortsanitis (206-85) chipped in 12 points. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Vladimir Lucic (202-89, agency: Beo Basket) who recorded 16 points and 6 rebounds and guard Danilo Andjusic (197-91, agency: Beo Basket) added 18 points respectively. Defending Israeli champion maintains first position with 16-1 record. Defending Serbian champion Partizan keeps the fourth place with six games lost. Maccabi T-A will meet at home Hemofarm (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Partizan will play against Cibona (#9) in Zagreb and hope to secure a win.
