Very predictable result in Tel-Aviv where first ranked Israeli Maccabi T-A (19-1) outscored 11th ranked Serbian Hemofarm (5-16) 85-64 on Monday. Maccabi T-A dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Hemofarm's 32. Maccabi T-A forced 26 Hemofarm turnovers. Hemofarm was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was power forward Lior Eliyahu (206-85, agency: Z.A.G. - Law Offices) who scored 28 points and 7 rebounds. American power forward Richard Hendrix (203-86, college: Alabama) chipped in 25 points and 8 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field).
