Rather predictable result when ninth ranked Hungarian Szolnok (3-2) defeated at home 12th ranked Bulgarian Levski Sofia (1-4) 81-67 on Saturday. The game without a history. Szolnok led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Szolnok forced 20 Levski Sofia turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Serbian guard Stefan Sinovec (195-88, agency: Beo Basket) stepped up and scored 19 points and 6 assists for the winners and swingman David Vojvoda (196-90, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) chipped in 14 points. Four Szolnok players scored in double figures. Hristo Zahariev (199-90) responded with 13 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Pavel Ivanov (200-88, agency: Interperformances) scored 12 points.
