Very expected game when 14th ranked Bulgarian Levski Sofia (1-21) lost at home to ninth ranked Serbian Metalac (11-11) 77-66 on Friday. Quite impressive performance for Nikola Jevtovic (208-89) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 5 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). Guard Nemanja Protic (182-86) contributed with 16 points and 7 assists for the winners. Bulgarian Filip Videnov (196-80, college: W.Kentucky, agency: Alti Sport) replied with 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and French-Bulgarian power forward Vassil Evtimov (208-77, college: N.Carolina) added 6 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for Levski Sofia. Four Levski Sofia players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Metalac have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Zadar and Krka. Levski Sofia lost thirteenth consecutive game. Defending Bulgarian champion stay dead last with 21 lost games.
