Very expected game when 14th ranked Bulgarian Levski Sofia (2-23) was smashed at home by fifth ranked Slovenian Un.Olimpija (14-11) 78-56. The game was mostly controlled by Un.Olimpija. Levski Sofia was better in fourth quarter 23-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Levski Sofia to just 6 points in first quarter. Un.Olimpija dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Levski Sofia's 32. They outrebounded Levski Sofia 39-25 including 30 on the defensive glass.
