Regular Season Round 4: Rogaska - Krka 83-84

Important game to mention about took place in Rogaska Slatina. Krka (3-1) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging Rogaska (1-3) 84-83 on Wednesday evening. Guest team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. Krka made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Krka outrebounded Rogaska 42-30 including 16 on the offensive glass. It was a great shooting night for Krka especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. Rogaska was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The winners were led by Serbian-Bosnian forward Marko Josilo (200-92) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 20 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists and center Ziga Dimec (210-93) supported him with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Krka's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists by Croatian forward Ivan Batur (203-91, agency: PEPI SPORT) did not help to save the game for Rogaska. Guard Zan Kosic (186-93, agency: PEPI SPORT) added 16 points and 5 assists for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Krka moved-up to eighth place, which they share with KK Primorska and Teodo Tivat. Rogaska at the other side keeps the fifteenth position with three games lost. They share it with Bosna-Royal and Lovcen. Krka will play against Dynamic BG in Beograd in the next round where they are favorite. Rogaska will play on the road against Ohrid AV and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
