Regular Season Round 7: Borac - Dynamic BG 94-74

Very important is a road loss of third ranked Dynamic BG (4-3) against seventh ranked Borac (4-3) on Wednesday night. Visiting Dynamic BG was crushed by Borac in Cacak 94-74. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Dynamic BG. Dynamic BG was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for guard Marko Marinovic (183-83) who led the winners and scored 15 points and 4 assists. Guard Ilija Djokovic (191-96) accounted for 16 points for the winning side. Five Borac players scored in double figures. Borac's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Center Filip Zekavicic (208-92) came up with 20 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and Bosnian forward Bozo Djurasovic (202-87) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Dynamic BG in the defeat. Borac moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Teodo Tivat and Dynamic BG. Borac will play against Teodo Tivat (#5) on the road in the next round. Dynamic BG will play against Lovcen and hopes to get back on the winning track.
