Regular Season Round 7: Ohrid AV - Teodo Tivat 82-101

Bottom-ranked FYR Macedonian Ohrid AV (0-7) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their seventh consecutive match to fifth ranked Montenegrin Teodo Tivat (4-3) 101-82. Teodo Tivat players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Milos Popovic (197-98) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 7 rebounds. Center Mihailo Sekulovic (206-91) contributed with 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Teodo Tivat players scored in double figures. French forward Remi Barry (203-91, college: N.Mexico St.) answered with 35 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds and Bosnian center Emir Zimic (218-86, agency: PEPI SPORT) added 9 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Ohrid AV. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Teodo Tivat moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Borac and Dynamic BG. Ohrid AV at the other side still closes the standings with seven games lost. Teodo Tivat's next round opponent will be Borac (#4) in Cacak. Ohrid AV will play on the road against Split (#8) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
