Regular Season Round 11: FMP - Buducnost 76-93

An interesting game for Montenegrin Buducnost (10-1) which played road game in Beograd against 4th placed Serbian FMP (5-6). First ranked Buducnost had an easy win 93-76. Buducnost made 23-of-27 free shots (85.2 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by FMP helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Bosnian point guard Nemanja Gordic (193-88) orchestrated the victory by scoring 14 points and 7 assists. Point guard Nikola Ivanovic (190-94, agency: BeoBasket) contributed with 14 points and 7 assists for the winners. Five Buducnost players scored in double figures. Nigerian center Michael Ojo (216-93, college: Florida St.) answered with 16 points and 6 rebounds and Marko Jeremic (192-91) added 20 points in the effort for FMP. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Buducnost have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. Defending Montenegrin champion maintains first place with 10-1 record. FMP at the other side keeps the fourth position with six games lost. They share it with 4 other teams. Buducnost are looking forward to face KK Zadar (#7) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. FMP will play against Cedevita and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
