Regular Season Round 13: Buducnost - Igokea 81-59

Montenegrin leader Buducnost delivered the eleventh victory. This time they crushed 8th ranked Bosnian Igokea (5-8) 81-59 in Podgorica. Buducnost dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Igokea's 30. Worth to mention a great performance of Bosnian point guard Nemanja Gordic (193-88) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 4 assists. Bosnian-Montenegrin swingman Suad Sehovic (197-87) contributed with 18 points (perfect from the field making all six shots) for the winners. American Malcolm Lee (196-90, college: UCLA) answered with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and Serbian guard Marko Ljubicic (195-87) added 14 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Igokea. Four Igokea players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending Montenegrin champion maintains first place with 11-2 record, which they share with Crvena Zvezda. Defending Bosnian champion Igokea dropped to the ninth position with eight games lost. They share it with Olimpija. Buducnost will play against Cibona (#8) in Zagreb in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Igokea will play at home against Cedevita and hopes to get back on the winning track.
