Regular Season Round 13: Bosna-Royal - Zrinjski HT 80-59

An interesting game took place in Sarajevo where higher ranked Zrinjski HT (7-6) was upset on the court of eleventh ranked Bosna-Royal (4-9) 80-59 on Thursday. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Zrinjski HT. American forward Jamir Hanner (203-91, college: Keiser) fired a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Guard Drasko Knezevic (185-93, agency: XL Basketball Agency) chipped in 16 points. American Torrion Brummitt (207-93, college: W.Carolina) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds and Serbian point guard Luka Igrutinovic (193-92) added 14 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Bosna-Royal maintains eleventh place with 4-9 record. Loser Zrinjski HT keeps the fifth position with six games lost. They share it with Rogaska. Bosna-Royal will meet higher ranked Rogaska (#6) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Zrinjski HT will play against the league's second-placed Krka having rather not much hope for a victory.
