They outrebounded KK Zadar 42-28 including a 30-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Serbian center Uros Lukovic (213-89, agency: BeoBasket) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 14 rebounds and 5 blocks for the winners and American-Montenegrin point guard Derek Needham (180-90, college: Fairfield) chipped in 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Mornar Bar players scored in double figures. Forward Filip Kraljevic (212-89, agency: BeoBasket) responded with 17 points and 8 rebounds and American guard Preston Knowles (187-89, college: Louisville) scored 18 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Mornar Bar. They maintain fourth place with 10-7 record. KK Zadar at the other side keeps the sixth position with nine games lost. They share it with FMP. Mornar Bar will play against league's leader Buducnost in Podgorica in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. KK Zadar will play on the road against Igokea (#8) in Aleksandrovac and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
