Regular Season Round 15: Ohrid AV - Zrinjski HT 89-100

Very expected game when 12th ranked FYR Macedonian Ohrid AV (1-14) lost at home to fifth ranked Bosnian Zrinjski HT (9-6) 100-89. Zrinjski HT outrebounded Ohrid AV 35-21 including 26 on the defensive glass. They shot the lights out from three nailing 15 long-distance shots on high 53.6 percentage. Zrinjski HT players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Ohrid AV helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American Torrion Brummitt (207-93, college: W.Carolina) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 17 rebounds. Serbian point guard Luka Igrutinovic (193-92) chipped in 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard KC Ross-Miller (183-91, college: Auburn) who recorded 24 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists and Croatian point guard Martin Junakovic (193-94, agency: PEPI SPORT) added 25 points and 4 assists respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Zrinjski HT moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Vrsac. Ohrid AV lost sixth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 14 games lost. Zrinjski HT's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Borac in Cacak and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Ohrid AV will play on the road against Rogaska (#6) in Rogaska Slatina and hope to win that game.
