Regular Season Round 20: Bosna-Royal - Ohrid AV 84-82

Twelfth-ranked FYR Macedonian Ohrid AV (1-18) made lots of trouble for eleventh ranked Bosnian Bosna-Royal (6-14) in Sarajevo. Bosna-Royal managed to secure only two-point victory 84-82. However their fans expected easier game. Bosna-Royal forced 21 Ohrid AV turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. The winners were led by Montenegrin center Maksim Sturanovic (210-88, agency: 011 Sports) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds and American Cory Bradford (191-78, college: Illinois) supported him with 24 points. Five Bosna-Royal players scored in double figures. Bosna-Royal's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even a double-double of 21 points and 15 rebounds by Bosnian center Emir Zimic (218-86, agency: PEPI SPORT) did not help to save the game for Ohrid AV. American point guard KC Ross-Miller (183-91, college: Auburn) added 25 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists for the guests. Bosna-Royal maintains eleventh position with 6-14 record. Ohrid AV lost tenth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 18 lost games. Bosna-Royal's next round opponent will be league's leader Borac in Cacak and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Ohrid AV will play on the road against Teodo Tivat (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
