Regular Season Round 21: Rogaska - KK Primorska 80-69

The game between second ranked KK Primorska (14-7) and fifth ranked Rogaska (12-9) was the most important one in the last round on Tuesday night. KK Primorska was defeated by Rogaska in Rogaska Slatina 69-80. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of KK Primorska. Rogaska shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 52.0 percentage. It was a good game for American guard Rashun Davis (180-93, college: Radford) who led his team to a victory with 20 points and 6 assists. Miha Fon (193-84, agency: PEPI SPORT) contributed with 17 points and 4 steals for the winners. Davis is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Croatian center Marijan Cakarun (204-90, agency: PEPI SPORT) answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds and point guard Danijel Vujasinovic (184-89) added 11 points and 6 assists in the effort for KK Primorska. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. KK Primorska's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Rogaska maintains fifth place with 12-9 record, which they share with Zrinjski HT. KK Primorska at the other side keeps the second position with seven games lost. They share it with Krka and Vrsac. Rogaska is looking forward to face Dynamic BG (#9) in Beograd in the next round. KK Primorska will play at home against Ohrid AV (#12) and is hoping to win this game.
