Semi-Finals Game 2: Mornar Bar - Crvena Zvezda 88-84

Mornar Bar topped Crvena Zvezda to even the semifinal series at 1-1. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 30-21. But Crvena Zvezda won second period 24-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Mornar Bar made 27-of-34 free shots (79.4 percent) during the game. 30 personal fouls committed by Crvena Zvezda helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American-Montenegrin point guard Derek Needham (180-90, college: Fairfield) orchestrated the victory by scoring 28 points and 5 assists. Guard Nemanja Vranjes (187-88) contributed with 29 points for the winners. Dejan Davidovac (202-95, agency: BeoBasket) replied with 14 points and 6 rebounds and American-Montenegrin point guard Taylor Rochestie (185-85, college: Washington St.) added 16 points and 4 assists in the effort for Crvena Zvezda. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Crvena Zvezda's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
