Regular Season Round 8: MZT Skopje - Dynamic VP 84-74

Rather predictable result when third ranked FYR Macedonian MZT Skopje (6-2) won against at home 5th ranked Serbian Dynamic VP (4-4) 84-74 on Thursday. The winners were led by Serbian Andrija Bojic (207-93, agency: BeoBasket) who scored that evening 22 points and 9 rebounds and Croatian Ive Ivanov (200-85, agency: PEPI SPORT) supported him with 24 points and 7 rebounds. Four MZT Skopje players scored in double figures. Even 18 points and 5 rebounds by swingman Marko Cakarevic (200-88) did not help to save the game for Dynamic VP. Dusan Kutlesic (201-94) added 13 points and 4 assists for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. MZT Skopje have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Spars Sarajevo. Loser Dynamic VP keeps the fifth position with four games lost. They share it with Lovcen and Sutjeska. MZT Skopje will meet Rogaska (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Dynamic VP will play against Borac (#8) and hope to secure a win.
