Regular Season Round 15: Lovcen - MZT Skopje 67-85

There was no surprise in Cetinje where 17th ranked Montenegrin Lovcen (8-7) was defeated by fourteenth ranked FYR Macedonian MZT Skopje (10-5) 85-67 on Wednesday. MZT Skopje made 20-of-26 free shots (76.9 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for Serbian Andrija Bojic (207-93, agency: BeoBasket) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points and 9 rebounds. American guard James Woodard (191-94, college: Tulsa) helped adding 18 points. The best for the losing side was Serbian Djordje Lelic (198-89, agency: PEPI SPORT) with 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and Aleksa Popovic (201-87) scored 17 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. MZT Skopje moved-up to second place, which they share with Spars Sarajevo. Lovcen lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fourth position with seven games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. MZT Skopje is looking forward to face Zrinjski HT (#10) in Mostar in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Lovcen will play on the road against Borac (#8) in Cacak and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
