Important game to mention about took place in Sremska Mitrovica. Fifth ranked Serbian Mega Bemax (9-7) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 7th ranked Montenegrin Mornar Bar (6-10) 82-80 on Saturday evening. Mornar Bar was plagued by 31 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Bosnian swingman Edin Atic (201-97, agency: BeoBasket) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 7 rebounds and Nikola Miskovic (207-99, agency: BeoBasket) who added 18 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Serbian point guard Nikola Rebic (188-95, agency: BeoBasket) responded with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists and Serbian Strahinja Micovic (205-92) scored 18 points and 7 rebounds. Four Mornar Bar players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Mega Bemax maintains fifth position with 9-7 record. Defending Montenegrin champion Mornar Bar keeps the seventh place with ten games lost. They share the position with Igokea and FMP. Mega Bemax will play against higher ranked Partizan (#4) in Beograd in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Mornar Bar will play at home against Cibona and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
