Regular Season Round 18: Spars Sarajevo - Dynamic VP 88-84

The game between Top Four teams took place in Sarajevo. Third ranked Bosnian host Spars Sarajevo (13-5) defeated 4th ranked Serbian Dynamic VP (10-8) 88-84.
