Very expected game when 9th ranked Slovenian Helios Suns (7-14) were defeated on the road by second ranked Bosnian Spars Sarajevo (16-5) 79-66. It was a good game for Slovenian point guard Sandi Grubelic (196-96) who led his team to a victory with 20 points. Power forward Ibrahim Durmo (200-97) contributed with 20 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Serbian guard Miroslav Pasajlic (191-95) answered with 17 points and power forward Jure Besedic (207-92) added 14 points in the effort for Helios Suns. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Spars Sarajevo have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. They maintain second place with 16-5 record having just three points less than leader Primorska. Helios Suns at the other side keep the ninth position with 14 games lost.
