Regular Season Round 6: Krka - Mega Bemax 74-69

No shocking result in a game in Novo Mesto where eighth ranked Slovenian Krka (3-3) defeated 10th ranked Serbian Mega Bemax (1-5) 74-69. Serbian-Bosnian forward Marko Josilo (200-92) notched 12 points and 8 rebounds to lead the effort and Serbian forward Dalibor Djapa (206-84, agency: 011 Sports) supported him with 14 points and 5 rebounds. Even 15 points and 8 rebounds by Slovenian swingman Blaz Mesicek (197-97, agency: BeoBasket) did not help to save the game for Mega Bemax. Montenegrin center Marko Simonovic (211-99) added 14 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Krka moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Mornar Bar. Mega Bemax lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with five games lost. Krka's next round opponent will be Cibona (#9) in Zagreb. Mega Bemax will play at home against Primorska and hope to win that game.
